This festive ceramic paella pan, also know as a Spanish cazuela, can be used directly on the stovetop, in the oven and in the microwave. We even recommend washing it in the dishwasher! These pieces are individually handmade in Palencia, Spain. They are completely handcrafted and will therefore vary slightly in shape and size. These pieces are food safe and lead-free. Food tastes great when prepared in this cookware. The shallow shape of this cazuela makes it perfect for preparing paella and rice dishes. Measures 11" in diameter by 2.5" high.
