At what retail stores can I find From Spain products?
From Spain products are offered at finer retail stores located throughout the United States, in Canada, and Internationally. We also have our own retail showroom in Stamford, Connecticut. If you are not local, please contact us and we will be happy to refer you to a From Spain retailer in your area.

How do I get to the From Spain retail location?
Please come and visit us! Our retail showroom is open to the public Monday through Saturday 11 am to 6 pm and is located at 61 Crescent Street, Stamford, CT 06906

Directions northbound: Take 1-95 North to exit 9. Turn left onto Seaside Avenue. Take another left onto Route 1 (Main Street/Boston Post Road). Turn right onto Courtland Avenue/Route 106. Take the 3rd left onto Taylor Reed Place. Take the 1st right onto Crescent Street. Our location is on the left at 61 Crescent Street. We are located inside the Parrots & Company space.

Directions southbound: Take 1-95 South to exit 9. Take a right off the exit and an immediate right again onto Courtland Avenue. Take your third left onto Taylor Reed Place. Are From Spain products food safe?
Yes, all of the products are completely lead free and food safe. You can confidently use our ceramics to serve food.

What is From Spain´s privacy policy?
You can rest assured that your privacy is one of our top priorities. From Spain will never sell or give out your e-mail address or personal information to any third party.

Is shopping online at secure?
Yes, online shopping at From Spain is both secure and private. We understand your concerns about the security of online transactions. Therefore, our site is equipped with the most advanced Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology available to ensure the privacy of any information you submit through this site. In addition, From Spain has a strict policy of keeping customer information confidential. Your information will NOT be provided to any outside agencies or third parties.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped. If you prefer to pay by check, please print your order at the Checkout page, then mail the order form and your check made out to From Spain. Please visit the Contact Us information area for our mailing address.

What shipping options are available and where will my order ship from?
From Spain products are shipped from our warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut. In-stock merchandise is shipped within 2 days after receiving your order. You will be immediately notified if a product is out-of-stock. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped. We ship via UPS Ground. For an additional fee you may select overnight, two day, or three day delivery.

Can I ship to more than one address?
Yes and no. From Spain is happy to send gifts for you, but at this time each item going to a different address will require it´s own order. We are currently unable to ship several items within one order to different addresses.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you your tracking number and a link to the tracking page. You can also call us at any time to have us track your order for you. To make changes to an order, please e-mail us at or contact our Customer Service Center Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard Time, at 203.504.8242 or fax us at 203.504.8243.

What is your return policy?
From Spain is proud to offer only the finest and highest quality ceramics and accessories on the market. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, slight variations in form or color may appear. Within 14 days, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, please call us for a return authorization number and then ship your return back to us. Please pack your return carefully and with sufficient packaging to avoid breakage. You, as the return shipper, will be responsible for return shipping charges and damage to your return. If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Center within three days for a replacement item (shipped at no charge). Upon receipt of your return, we will quickly issue you a credit. We apologize, but we are unable to refund the original shipping charge. Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping to and from the customer.

Do you offer gift wrap for online retail orders?
We do not gift wrap, but our items do come well packaged and boxed. We are also happy to include a gift card in your package.
