Detailed Description
Jamon Iberico is produced from the Iberico black pig that is raised "free range" on Spanish farms. The meat is cured for a minimum of two years, producing a mild, yet complex, flavor. This particular jamon is not especially salty, making it a tasty addition to cheese, olives & wine. In order to appreciate it's wonderful flavor, it is important to eat jamon at room temperature. This 2 ounce package is sufficent for two to four appetizer servings.
